SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At Seamless Jozi, we aim to get your gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Whether you're in the heart of the city or a bit further out, here is how we handle delivery:

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of R120 applies to all major urban centres and residential areas within our standard courier network.

Rural Shipping: For remote or outlying areas, a shipping rate of R150 applies.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey to your door.

Dispatch Times: * Unbranded items are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Branded items are subject to production lead times, which begin once your mockup has been approved.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take pride in the quality of our work, but we understand that sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. Please review our policy regarding returns:

1. Unbranded Products

If you have purchased items without any custom branding, you are eligible for a return within 14 days of receipt.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the items are received and inspected, we will process your refund.

2. Branded & Customized Products

Because branded items are custom-made specifically for your business, we do not accept returns on branded products.

Mockup Approval: By approving the digital mockup provided before production, you confirm that the design, placement, and spelling are correct.
Exclusions: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing errors or change-of-mind once the branding process has been completed.

3. Defective or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

Note: Please ensure you check our sizing guides carefully before approving your mockup, as branded items cannot be swapped for different sizes later.
